Tumbleweed Tiny House Co. is in search of a dynamic Director of Production. This key position will have the responsibility of running and overseeing the day to day operations for our new 45,000 sq ft Manufacturing facility in Pueblo, CO. This facility will focus on the manufacturing of Park Model RV’s and Modular construction. The right candidate should have experience with building/facility management, the ability to work with budgets, and have a previous knowledge of OSHA, common safety practices and fire codes. This person will oversee the production process working directly with our Production Managers, QA Coordinator, and other various departments. This position can anticipate additional growth as our production capacity and brand, continue to evolve. Previous experience working in mobile home construction, modular construction and/or RV manufacturing would be desired.

This is a Full-Time position, with a schedule that is dependent on business needs. Occasional travel or unique hours may be required for events, sales initiatives or other projects as needed.
